Computer Shopping

I am in the market for a new computer…actually it’s mandatory I find one in the near future. There’s so much to choose from and for so many price ranges how can one decide which is the best deal? There is also the option of going refurbished, but I have to admit that makes me nervous. Of course you can also build from scratch but I’m not sure I trust my tech skills enough for that just yet. Anyway, if anyone knows of a good site or store to check out I will happily check it out. I hate to buy anything this important without doing my research first.
